Students applying for graduation must do so on-line through MyBGSU. Please consult the Graduation Checklist to ensure completion of degree requirements before submitting the application.

After signing onto MyBGSU, locate the Graduation Application under Registration Services in column on the left. Please read the instructions and complete the application carefully. Once you submit your application on-line, you will get a confirmation screen. You are strongly advised to print this screen for your records.

Effective June 25, 2008, the Bowling Green State University Board of Trustees approved a $35.00 graduation application fee that will be charged each time an application for graduation is submitted.

Application deadlines are as follows:

May Graduation - January 26
August Graduation - June 5
December Graduation - September 18

Please note: Late applications will not be processed.
